Good attorney. Don't expect the phone calls unless there is something wrong. Everyone knew him. Did a great job.

This was my first (and I hope the last) time through the courts. I retained Tony through the recommendation of court staff. I did not know him from adam or eve. But, as I sit here now, I thank God everyday that I met him. He does not hold your hand or cuddle you, but gets the job done. If you want someone that will tell you what you want to hear, Tony is not the guy. if you want someone to tell you like it is, Tony is the guy. Nobody wants to be in Court, but if you do end up in Court, he's a good weapon on your side! Thanks Mr. T.

Took the time to meet with me and did not charge me anything for almost two hour meeting. Then drove and met me for over three hours and went over my case with me. Charged me a total of only $250.00!!! Did not charge me more than he said he would. Charged me less! Never asked for another dime. Knows what he is saying and would be smart for anyone to take his legal opinions very seriously!!!

Im a nurse that was caught in a position I never thought I would be in. My family has lawyers in it. When I had to find a lawyer, Tony's name kept coming up. I did retain him and can say that he walked me through this difficult part of my life. He knew what he was doing and he knew who to talk to help me through this mess. As of now, I am in a diversion program (nurses his research revealed are not excluded from diversion programs per the ohio supreme court and he was right). I am out and trying to rebuild my life based upon this second chance. Thank you! J.R.T.

I found Mr. Dalayanis through pre-paid legal. I have had pre-paid legal for many years and never thought I would actually have to use it, but I did. I was injured in an automobile accident over three years ago, and have been in pain ever since. Mr. Dalayanis was sympathetic to my plight and agreed to take our case, even though it would be a tricky one. We first sought after legal counsel but unfortunately ended up filing and headed towards court. Mr. Dalayanis was and is extremely knowledgeable, he presents himself in a professional manner and is well versed in the art of communication. He was organized and efficient. Yes, there were times that my calls or emails were not answered as quickly as I would have liked them to be, but I knew this was not out of neglect for my case. I knew that he was giving the appropriate priorities (cases) his undivided attention, which is what I would want when my time came. And my time did come. Mr. Dalayanis gave us his completely undivided attention, h... Read more

In the most recent post I may have won and had the case dismissed against him (even though he may have had prior felony conviction when he came into my office) and then custody action then proceeded with more time. The latest post...well, ??!! I helped you both...and wish you both luck in life. But, your cases were not harmed and judges let me withdraw in both matters and no appeal was taken by either party. As a lawyer I will protect my clients rights, but as potential clients, you must also respect that we are also here because we are working. No person expects someone to do otherwise. Very truly yours, Tony Dalayanis

Amazing lawyer! Does what he promisses. Infact has done more than promissed and didn't charge extra. Did not charge my family for every phone call. DId not charge my family for all the paperwork or copies. He takes care of my family. All the judges that ran into him liked him and listened to what he had to say. He did not lie to try to win, but presented the case in such a way that I was glad he was my lawyer and not the other person's. I would take the time and watch him argue before Ohio Supreme Court. www.OhioTrialLaw.com Per Ohio Trial Law . com Recent cases of Interest per Court Docket (not indicative of any result or promise of representation---each case’s facts/circumstances control): Tucker, et al. v. Akron Soap Box Derby - Breach of Agreement action against Soap Box Derby, 9th District., Sipe, et al. v. WOW!!!! www.OhioTrialLaw.com Sometimes people are stuck in a bind and need help. Sometimes people are stuck in a bind and dont want to take the written opinions of counsel to heart. That why he puts it in writing and has all the back up in his file. If you want to question if he warned you about potential outcomes or appeals, then make the letters public, otherwise blog postings are not going to change the facts and circumstances. You want to see this guy argue...check him out in front of the OHIO SUPREME COURT wherein he successfully invalidated a retroactive DNA requirment that is now cited by Courts throughout in combatting retroactive laws that attempt to take away peoples rights. But, ultimately, he, like every other person working on this earth..is a business that must charge to survive. So, he works for food, like the rest of the world. But, unlike the rest of the world...this guy is good...he doesn't miss a beat... LOOK AT HIM BEFORE OHIO's SUPREME COURT!!!! NOT NER... Read more

Be aware of positive ratings/comments on this site that may be not be genuine in an attempt to boost ratings. This attorney was supplied thru PrePaid Legal Services to provide representation in a lawsuit where a company had continued to bill a client for services, but had not complied with their contract and continually overcharged for services; as such, their bill was not paid; they then sued for collection plus interest. Dalayanis initially advised that the municipal court was likely to partially rule in their favor, but the satisfactory result could come in an appeals court. He charged upfront fixed fees for representation in both courts; then after being paid, refused to attend a court-ordered summary hearing in the lower court because he said he had not been paid to do such, but he actually did show up, only to ask the judge at that point to allow him to withdraw from the case. He then walked out of the commencement of the hearing with an inappropriate smart-ass remark to his ... Read more
