    I have purchased a green and a black BellyLady Belly Dance Tribal Pants (Small Size). Typically being 5' 2" is difficult to have the lengh that fit my height perfectly. But they do. I have received so much good comments from my class mates. I also have purchase 2 BellyLady Exotic Tarantella Pants (one black and one red). I feel like a true belly dancer (although I am only a beginner). I am very happy with the prompt service, the affordable price for the quality of the 4 items. They are absoultely good value. I definitely will continue shopping with Opentip, and I know you will find great satisfaction with OpenTip as well.

    This company was a little strange. I put in my order and then a couple days later received a phone call asking for my information again because they were confused that my shipping and billing addresses were different. It took about 2 weeks to get my order because they took so long actually processing my order. It was a little sketch for me, so I probably won't be ordering from this company any time soon.

    I recently ordered the following products from Opentip.com: Weddingstar 7156 Sweet Art Traditional Guest Book( WED-7156 ) = 20.99 Weddingstar 7157 Sweet Art Satin Wrapped Pen Set( WED-7157 ) = 17.69 Weddingstar 7158 Sweet Art Square Ring Pillow( WED-7158 ) = 17.99 I was VERY pleased, not only with the prices (they were the lowest of all of the sites I checked), but with the quality of the merchandise I received. It also arrived very promptly and in excellent condition. The pictures on the website don't do the products justice. I am so excited to use these items on our wedding day and know that our guests will like them too. I've got a couple of friends who have just started planning their weddings and passed this website along to them.

    I love this sight!!! Very easy to navigate thru!!! Some of the best prices on certain product lines I have seen iin a long time. . . . and trust me when I tell you I consider myself a Professional shopper who is always looking for the best price out there.     This is really bad and bullshit website I ever see. They will suck all the money from people They will liar to you about there product to make you buy the product, but when you recieved the product? It don't even close to what they have said. So I want to return the product? 1st they said really nice " Sorry to hear that" but they will never issue the RMA for you untill 2 weeks later and after that they will said they will charge the restock money, and also they will not refund the shipping money, they only refund the money for the item. I give up with this people I can't believe it's only $20 dollars. But they suck a asssss like that. I don't even receive the refund money for the item yet. People Please don't loose your money on this website. I will post this case on youtube and facebook so every body will know about this website.

    I've ordered from OpenTip a few times now, both personal and for the business I work for. For an on-line store, I was pleasantly surprised at both the quality of the items and the fast, professional response to my orders. I recently ordered a necklace & earing set to wear to my daughter's wedding and I figured if it looked half as good as it did in the phone on line, it would work well. When I received the set, it was even nicer than the photo!! I'll definitely order from them again.

    i am pretty sure all of the good reviews are people who work at the company worst place to buy ever. i ordered on the 7th of july it is th13th now and they have not even sent the product. no tracking number, no charge. it's like they forgot about it. or this place is a scam. do not order or use this place, trust me!!!

    Our company searched for a place to buy a specific folder for our client tax returns - we purchased these folders from another place a couple of years ago at a huge cost!     I ordered some gauges for my car from these guys. They were the least expensive retailer I could find, and that was a plus. Shipping was fine, didn't blow me away with their speed, but the box was well packed, and undamaged. There was some confusion about the shipping address, someone else in my family had ordered something before and the billing address was already in the system on another name when I placed my order. The customer service people I talked to were nice, but seemed unprofessional or untrained, and it required a bit of patience on my part. Nonetheless they resolved the issue promptly and I received my parts. For the price, I can't complain.

    Deceptive practices left me very disappointed, will never shop at Opentip.com again, and suggest others save themselves the trouble. I ordered a fairly large item which they had the best price on, the shipping was listed as Shipping to US (48 States): $45.95. After over a day of hearing nothing on my order I decided to call to see what the status was, I was put into an extended silent hold when selecting inquiry on an existing order from the phone menu.. after half an hour of holding to complete silence I hung up. much later in the day I received the following message: "Thanks for your business with us, the item on your order is oversize and needs to be shipped via truck. And the actual shipping for your order is 183.01 We will have to surcharge you $138.06 to fill your order. please advise if it is ok."     I was getting married and I searched multiple sites for groomsmen gifts. I happened upon silver pocket watches on the site. I, being a procrastinator, ordered them on the evening of the 2nd, needing them by the 10th. Opentip.com did not have any way to expedited shipping as a shipping option (Such as 2-day or overnight). Instead, they have a special instructions box. I indicated that I needed them for the 10th. However they did it, I received my engraved watches on the 9th. There was no additional fee and everything went perfectly. They delivered and so I would recommend them to anyone. The one complaint would be that there is no place to expedite shipping or choose it were it needed though I talked to a customer service representative and they said that if there was a need to expedite the shipping, they would let me know and what extra charges there were. Otherwise, flawless.

    Web site clear and detailed. Shipped out right away and contacted me when order was received and shipped so I could expect arrival. I was disappointed that shoes shipped from California, not Boston where opentip is based from. Shoes good price but not crazy about added handling charge though that brought the bottom line price even with other vendors who didn't charge handling charge. I definitely will purchase my next pair of shoes from them.

    Opentip.com was able to provide the best product at a cheaper price than I could find elsewhere. The shipping price was not bad. However, I ended up needing to return part of my purchase. Since I was shipping it back to Opentip (in Canada), it would cost $30 to ship it to Canada. This is more than the product cost so I ended up eating the cost. Overall review: Opentip is good but just be positive you will not need to return product

    I was looking for an easy way to store my colored pencils. I bought 5 each of the wooden storage boxes (each has 3 drawers) that are advertised for pastel storage. These ended up to be about $20 each. I can store about 50 pencils in each drawer....WHOA!! I did have to sand them a bit to get off the rough edges....like you would for finishing your own furniture.....and added some mineral oil on them and Wah La!!! I am now organized. The shipping was fine and normal time delivery.

    I wish I could tell you how the product itself was but I can not because I have not received it as of yet. It's been more than two weeks since I have place the order. I have called everyday for a week asking where the tracking number is, I finally got a tracking number only to find out a week later it's the wrong tracking number. I finally got the right tracking number and my shipment is still at the warehouse waiting to be picked up. Each time I have called the answer is "we have to contact the warehouse" as of recently the answer is "we are waiting on the warehouse to get back to us". The company had no problem taking my money but had a problem with both providing a tracking number and delivering my product I have yet to see. I have a toddler mattress and a toddler bedding set but I have NO toddler bed.....ridiculous. I am still waiting on my daughters bed.

    It took 19 days to receive the purchase. The invoice was correct but the product in the box was not what I ordered or the invoice said. Late and wrong. I suppose it could have been worse you could have never sent me anything. Thank you for the survey. I assume you will not read my review or reply. That will be the third strike.

    I wouldnt even rate this shopping experience as a 1! 0 DOES IT JUSTICE! posted May-17-2011 I purchased one item from opentip.com at $331.39. The site stated that it would be 2-7 days before I received the item that I purchased. This item has still not even been shipped. I have had to contact my bank due to this seeming to be a scam. Opentips customer service is ridiculous. I have been hung up numerous times, and no one will help me with my order and when I asked for a manager she stated good luck talking to a manager because they will not talk to you. I would never again order from this site, and I hope that no one else does also. I have had nothing but problem after problem, and still have not received my order! DO NOT ORDER FROM OPENTIP.COM!!!

    Their website described an item as having certain features, when received the item did not have these features. I talked to customer support and was told they were sorry and would issue a refund. Everytime I talk to them I was told they would "issue a refund asap" (their words). 6 weeks later and I still have not received a refund. Do Not Buy from them.
